Outdoor spaces built for Texas summers.
Decks, waterfront decks, patios, slabs, stone steps and the paths that connect them. Built on a solid base with the drainage planned, so they still look good in ten years.
Decks that fit the slope and the view.
New decks, waterfront decks and full rebuilds. On Hill Country slopes we set the footings for the ground you actually have, not a flat lot on paper.
Cedar & treated pine
Classic Hill Country look. Cedar for the boards and rails, treated framing underneath.
Composite decks
Low maintenance, fade resistant and built for the Texas sun. Hidden fasteners.
Deck replacement
Tear out, check the framing, rebuild boards, rails and steps. Often less than a full new deck.

Slabs, patios and pads on a real base.
Patios, shop slabs, sidewalks and stepping pads. We build the base, set the forms and rebar, and grade so water runs off the slab and away from the house.
- Patios and outdoor kitchens pads
- Shop and garage slabs
- Sidewalks and stepping pads
- Driveway aprons

Lawns, turf, steps and stone.
Turf and lawn prep, limestone steps, rock edging and retaining walls that turn a rough yard into a place people want to be. At Round Mountain Cider Mill we graded and based the main lawn and stage area so it stays flat under event crowds.
- Turf and lawn base prep
- Limestone steps and retaining walls
- Rock edging and garden paths
- Fencing and gates

Decks & outdoor FAQ
How much does a deck cost in the Hill Country?
Most wood decks land around $25 to $45 per square foot and composite around $40 to $70, depending on height, stairs, railing and how steep the lot is. Sloped lots that need taller posts or multiple levels usually add 15 to 25 percent.
Cedar, treated pine or composite?
Treated pine is the budget option and needs sealing. Cedar looks right in the Hill Country and handles the heat well. Composite costs more up front but holds up to the Texas sun with almost no maintenance.
Can you replace my old deck?
Yes. We tear out the old deck, check the framing and posts, reuse what's sound and rebuild the rest with new boards, rails and steps.
Do you pour concrete patios and slabs?
Yes. We form, set rebar and pour patios, shop slabs, driveways and stepping pads, with the base and drainage done right underneath.
